CANCELLATION POLICY

💁🏽‍♀️ Guest •For the safety, security, and efficiency of our team, we kindly ask that clients have little to no guests present while we are cleaning the home. 💳 Deposit Requirements • A $35.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all deep cleans, move-out cleans, post-construction cleans, and first-time services. We accept Cash, Apple Pay, or Cash App • The deposit amount will be applied toward your total service balance. • Appointments are not guaranteed until the deposit is received. 🐶 Pet Safety & Preparation • Pets must be secured, kenneled, or placed in a separate area during the cleaning service. • If pets are free-roaming, we cannot guarantee doors will remain closed at all times. • For the safety of our team, aggressive or anxious pets must be properly contained. 🧼 Cleaning Around Pets • We use professional-grade products, However clients are responsible for ensuring pets are kept away from treated areas until surfaces are fully dry. • Excessive pet hair, waste, or accidents may require additional cleaning time and fees. 🚫 Pet Waste • Litter boxes, pet cages, and waste removal are not included unless previously discussed and agreed upon. • Any pet accidents must be disclosed before service to allow proper preparation. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE PUT AWAY BEFORE ARRIVAL, IF NOT YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED AND FULL PRICE WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE CLEANING THAT YOU BOOKED. 📅 Booking & Deposits A non-refundable $35.00 dollar deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward the total balance of your cleaning service. Your appointment is not guaranteed until the required deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your cleaning unless otherwise agreed upon. 📍 Service Address & Appointment Confirmation To avoid delays or cancellations, clients must: ✔️ Provide the complete service address before the scheduled appointment. ✔️ Confirm their appointment when contacted by AR’S Luxurie Cleaning LLC. ✔️ Ensure the phone number and email provided during booking are accurate and monitored. Appointments that are not confirmed or do not have a verified service address by 6:00 PM the evening before the scheduled cleaning may be canceled at the discretion of AR’S Luxurie Cleaning LLC. Failure to communicate or provide the required information does not guarantee that your appointment will be held. 📱 Communication Policy AR’S Luxurie Cleaning LLC communicates with clients by: Phone Call Text Message Email Booking System Notifications It is the client’s responsibility to: Save our business contact information. Monitor messages regarding their appointment. Respond promptly when additional information is requested. AR’S Luxurie Cleaning LLC is not responsible for appointments affected by: Unanswered calls Unreturned text messages Messages sent to spam folders Unknown numbers being ignored Failure to save our business phone number Assuming business communications are scams without verifying the information 📆 Rescheduling Need to reschedule? No problem! Please notify us at least 24–48 hours before your scheduled appointment. We will gladly work with you to find another available opening. ❌ Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide 24–48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made after this timeframe will result in being charged the full price of the scheduled cleaning service. ⚠️ Late Cancellations, No-Shows & Lack of Communication The full service amount will be charged if: Same-day cancellation No-call/no-show Failure to provide the service address before the appointment Failure to confirm the scheduled appointment Failure to respond after reasonable communication attempts Client is unreachable before the appointment Cleaner arrives and cannot access the property Deposits will also be forfeited in these situations. 🚪 Arrival Policy If our cleaning technician arrives and is unable to access the property because: No one is present Entry instructions were not provided Door codes are incorrect Client cannot be reached the appointment will be considered a No-Show, and the full service amount will be charged. ❤️ Emergency Exceptions We understand emergencies happen. If an unexpected emergency prevents your appointment, please contact us immediately.
